Loafr is a small independent studio run by Yuda Recht. These terms apply to everything we make under the Loafr name: our games, simulators and apps, the Loafr Account and Loafr Plus. By using any of them you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
What's free
Our relaxed games are free to play for personal use, and each simulator has a free demo. You may share links to any of our sites with anyone.
Loafr Account
One optional account, signed in with Google, works across all Loafr products. It keeps your progress, your scores on leaderboards and anything you've bought. Choose a display name that is not offensive and does not pretend to be someone else; we may change or remove names that break this. Scores are checked by our server; we may remove scores, records or accounts that cheat. You can delete your account at any time from inside any product or by writing to us.
Loafr Plus
Loafr Plus is a single payment that unlocks the extras in all our relaxed games, for good. It is not a subscription: nothing renews. Plus is tied to your Loafr Account, not to a device, a browser or one game, so it works wherever you sign in. The current price is shown at checkout.
Simulators
Each simulator is sold separately as a one-time purchase of its full version, tied to your Loafr Account. Plus owners get a discount, shown at checkout. A refunded or charged-back payment ends the purchase it covered.
Payments and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a purchase, for any reason. See our refund policy.
App stores
Where one of our products is offered through Google Play or the App Store, purchases made inside that app follow the store's terms and refund rules. Loafr Plus itself is bought on our website; signing in with your Loafr Account unlocks it in the app.
Please don't
Copy, resell or republish our games, simulators or apps, or parts of them, on another site, or try to disrupt the service for other players.
As it is
Our products are provided as they are, without any guarantee that they will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or stop any of them at any time. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss from using them.
Ownership
Our games, simulators, apps, their code, graphics and text belong to Yuda Recht. Open-source libraries we use are credited in each product under their own licences.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
